Conectiva Linux

Conectiva Linux was a Brazilian company which used to develop a Linux distribution for the Brazilian and South American markets. It merged with MandrakeSoft in February 2005 to form Mandriva S.A., with headquarters in Paris, France. It uses apt-get as the mechanism for updating and installing packages, with RPM as the package format.
